CUSTOM PRINTING - NUMBERS / LETTERS / LOGOS

At Homegrown Sporting Goods we offer a wide variety of in-house printing options to customize your team uniforms. We do have minimum requirements for our printing services. This includes a minimum of 10 garments for screen printing, embroidery and tackle twill and 8 garments for heat seal and sport stitch twill. We do not print individual jerseys. In order for us to do the printing we require that the garments be purchased through our website. We do not accept jerseys sent to us for printing. We also do not sell any of our numbers, letters or mascots to be applied to your own jerseys. HEAT SEAL (THERMO-FILM)

Heat Seal is a popular method that we can apply numbers, team and player names to you uniforms. Heat Seal is combination of heat and high pressure to permanently bond a film transfer to the garment. Our advanced cutting methods ensure clean, perfectly cut letters numbers & letters no matter what style is ordered. We only use Stahl’s Thermo-Film & Heat Seal machines which are regarded as the best in the industry. Heat seal custom logos are now available in up to 3 colors. Minimum requirement of 8.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a another option for numbers, letters and logos. Screen printing is the process of bonding a special type of paint to the garment, then time drying it at a fixed temperature. Screen printing has a lighter weight and softer feel when compared to Heat Seal. All team mascots, symbols and custom logos are also available in screen printing. It is the recommended method for cotton garments such as t-shirts and sweatshirts and looks great with player names and numbers. Minimum requirement of 10.

NEW EMBROIDERY

The most popular option for team jackets, tees & sweatshirts is pocket size embroidery. Each embroidered logo, number or letter can be produced with state of the art embroidery software and sewing equipment for a professional look and feel. Personalize your team apparel with player names, a team or a sponsor name in your choice of 16 different thread colors. Embroidery is the recommend choice for decorating hats, caps and visors. Minimum requirement of 10.

NEW TACKLE TWILL (SEWN)

Tackle twill is now available for your team jerseys, sweatshirts and apparel. Tackle twill is the combination of cut twill pieces with zig-zag or satin sewn borders. Our tackle twill products are the same as worn by profession and amateur teams. Tackle twill can be ordered in 1 or 2 colors in team scripts, block letter layouts, numbers, player names and team perfect logos. Custom twill appliqué logos are now also available. Minimum requirement of 10.

SPORT-STITCH TWILL (NO SEW)

Sport Stitch provides the classic look of sewn on numbers & letters but without the additional higher costs of actually sewing. Each Poly-Twill number / letter is zig-zag stitched at the edges to give the look of actual sewn on tackle twill. The sport stitch numbers / letters are applied by state of the art heat seal equipment for maximum durability. The applications are highly durable and should last for years when properly cared for. Minimum requirement of 8.
